registration of its members forthwith, so as to

ascertain the number of its members, and a book

showing the names of all its members shall be kept.

Article 7.

Any workman desiring to join, shall register himself at the labour union to which he should belong

in accordance with the schedule mentioned above.

Article 8.

The register of any labour union shall contain

the name, nationality, age, sex and address of its

members, their working place, their occupation and

wages, and the labour union to which they belonged

before the amalgamation or reorganization.

Article 9.

Any labour union, which has Branches or Sub-

Branches, shall be allowed to manage them in

accordance with the foregoing regulations.

Branch or Sub-Branch of any labour union shall take

a district or a city as its unit.

Article 10.

Any

Any labour union, when a general registration

of all its members has been effected, should convene

forthwith a meeting of its representatives from the

whole Province, appoint its officers by election and

report to the Government after which it shall be

treated as having been officially established. All

labour unions shall be Members of the Associated

Union of Kwangtung Labour Unions, and the Heads of

their Committee or their Presidents shall be their

provisional representatives on the Associated Union

(see Article 5) Section 4 in the Labour Unions Law).
